For anything to be good…..

I read the book 📖 Theo of Golden 📖 a few weeks ago, and I can’t stop thinking about it. One line in particular has been printed in my heart:
❤️“For anything to be good, truly good, there must be love in it.”❤️
That one sentence settled deep in me.
Because if we’re honest, the world feels heavy right now. The noise, the division, the constant stream of hard things — it can wear on your heart. It’s easy to start feeling guarded or discouraged.
This book did the opposite.
It gently reminded me that good still exists. In ordinary people. In small acts. In quiet kindness. In choosing to love when it would be easier not to.
It didn’t ignore the hard parts of life. It just showed that light still shows up anyway.
And that’s what I want to carry into my own life — with my family, my friendships, the people I meet every day… even the clients I walk alongside during big life changes. Because those seasons are tender, and love matters there too.
Stories like this feel like a deep breath for the soul. A hand on your shoulder saying, “Don’t give up on people. Don’t give up on hope.”
If your heart feels a little tired lately, this book might be for you like it was for me. 💛
It reminded me that no matter how loud the world gets…
Good is still here.
