I just got back from a whirlwind trip to Las Vegas — but it wasn’t all bright lights and buffets (okay… maybe some buffets). I went to learn, grow, and sharpen my skills as your trusted real estate advisor. And let me tell you, Vegas delivered more than just neon signs and slot machines.

Conferences in Las Vegas are a whole different level — energy, innovation, and inspiration all packed into a few days. I spent time learning from top-producing agents, industry experts, and thought leaders who are redefining what it means to serve clients well. There were sessions on cutting-edge marketing strategies, better ways to communicate, and tools that help me stay one step ahead in this fast-moving market.

And yes… there was also a gorilla, showgirls, and a few lucky dice rolls. Because it’s Vegas, baby. 😎

But beyond the glitz and glam, here’s what really stuck with me:
