One21 Experience: Learning, Working, and a Little Vegas Magic
I recently had the opportunity to attend the One21 Experience in Las Vegas with our leaders from Century 21 Wright Realty, and it was a trip full of learning, motivation, and real estate momentum.
The conference brought together agents and leaders from across the Century 21 network for classes, keynote speakers, networking, and new ideas on how to better serve buyers and sellers. I came home with fresh strategies, renewed energy, tired feet, and excitement for the Middle Tennessee real estate market.
But as every good realtor knows, real estate doesn’t pause just because you leave town.
While I was in Las Vegas, I was still helping clients back home in Murfreesboro and across Middle Tennessee. One of my loyal buyers found the right home, and suddenly I was sitting in a session writing an offer on my phone.
Not long after, standing in the hallway of the hotel casino, I got to make the call every realtor loves to make:
“You just bought a house!”
That may have been my favorite Vegas win of the whole trip.
Moments like that remind me why I love being a realtor in Murfreesboro and serving buyers throughout Middle Tennessee. Whether I’m in town, on the road, at a conference, or standing in a Vegas hallway, my clients know I’m going to be there when it matters most.
